CHEESE
Cheese is a living product that deserves special attention and whose conservation is delicate. It is better and longer preserved in the cold, but not in any way. Thanks to its ripening rooms, KARLINE allows the cheesemakers and the creameries, to set up the optimal conditions of conservation and storage for their cheeses and dairy products. They maintain the level of humidity and control the temperatures, without ever drying out the products.

MEAT
The maturation of meat, this natural transformation process, allows to improve its tenderness and quality, as well as to develop and concentrate its flavors. Just like wines, meats, hams or sausages improve with time thanks to optimal conditions of conservation. In this optics, KARLINE proposes you rooms of maturation, especially manufactured, in order to answer all the criteria allowing to obtain the best matured meat.
